FAQ

1. How do I get information about your deals?

You can always check out Dorothysdeals.com for the deal of the day. Or, sign up to become a subscriber and then we will send you an email to confirm your subscription. We’ll send you a daily email or mobile text alert about the Dorothy’s Deal of the Day. Keep in mind you always have the ability to unsubscribe if you decide you do not want to receive alerts.

2. Can I purchase multiple deals?

Most deals will have a limit on the number of vouchers you can redeem at one time however, most merchants allow you to purchase multiple vouchers. Please see the “universal fine print” for each individual deal.

3. Why are you asking for my address?

We need your address in order to process your credit card transaction and to prevent fraudulent purchases.

4. I purchased a deal… how do I use it?

Once the deal is over and the Dorothy’s Deals clock expires, you can login into your account the following day and print your voucher. Simply go to Dorothysdeals.com and login to your profile, click on “View Your Vouchers” and select the active voucher you wish to print. When you are ready to use your deal take your voucher with you and give it to the merchant for redemption. Make sure you use the voucher before the expiration date to get the full value.

5. What if I lose my voucher?

You can reprint your voucher as long as it has not been redeemed. Go to your profile page and click on “View Your Vouchers,” then select the voucher you wish to reprint. All of your vouchers will be stored within your profile.

6. If I join dorothysdeals.com will I be billed?

No, we only charge your credit card, debit card, or pay-pal account when you make a purchase. Your subscription is free.

7. Can I cancel my dorothysDeals.com purchase?

Yes, as long as you cancel the same day before the offer ends. Once the deal ends we charge your credit or debit card. If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Contact us via email at customerservice@dorothysdeals.com or call us at (316) 347-7467. While we do not guarantee a refund, we will try to address your concerns.

8. What if I make a mistake on my order?

No problem. If the deal is still live just login to your Profile and click on “View Your Vouchers” and select the pending voucher and click on cancel my order. You can always reorder or cancel as long as you do it before the offer ends.

9. My email address has changed…what do I need to do to change it?

The easiest way to change your email address is to sign up again on DorothysDeals.com using your new email address and set up a new profile. You will begin receiving email alerts to your new email address within 24 to 48 hours.

10. How long do I have to redeem the Voucher?

The expiration date appears both on the featured offer and on the Voucher if you have made a purchase. You will have a minimum of 30 days to use your Voucher for the value you purchased. If the Voucher has expired you no longer get the published value; however, a merchant must redeem the amount you paid for the Voucher for up to 5 years from the purchase date.

11. I forgot my password what should I do?

When you click on the “Sign In” box at the top of the DorothysDeals.com home page you will see a link “Forgot your password?” Click on the link and then enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email address. Once you login with your temporary password it will prompt you to create a new password.

12. Can I talk to a customer service representative?

Yes, if you have a question or concern we have not covered in our FAQ’s, you can send us an email at customerservice@dorothysdeals.com or call (316) 347-7467. Our office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday through Friday. Your question or concern is important to us, so we will respond as promptly as possible during business hours. If we receive your inquiry after our business hours, please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

13. My credit card was declined what should I do?

If you have received a credit card declined notice this can be attributed to the following factors:

The Credit card number was entered incorrectly-
a. Security code entered incorrectly, security codes most often appear on the back of your card
b. If you have an Amex card the security code is 4 digits shown on the front of the card
c. Incorrect expiration date
d. Credit Card billing address does not match the address in your profile
e. You have hit your credit limit
f. No cash available on your debit card
We suggest you try again if you think you may have entered your information incorrectly or use another credit or debit card. If you continue to have problems with your card, we suggest you direct your inquiries to your merchant bank or issuer for assistance.

14. Will I be redirected during purchase?

Yes, during purchase you will be redirected to the paypal.com website.  Paypal’s web security is tops in the business and respected worldwide. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@dorothysdeals.com or at (316) 347-7467.

15. What if the merchant goes out of business before I redeem my voucher?

If for some reason a merchant goes out of business, please contact us at customerservice@dorothysdeals.com or at (316) 347-7467 and we will try to get you a refund.

16. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Pay-Pal and credit/debit cards via the paypal.com website.  More payment options coming soon.

17. How can my business get featured on Dorothy’s Deals.com?

You can click on the “contact us” link at the bottom of the Dorothy’s Deals website and complete the form and then click on the “send” button, or send an email inquiry to customerservice@dorothysdeals.com

or call us at (316) 347-7467 and ask to speak to a merchant representative.

 

18. Can I make a suggestion on what I would like to see featured on Dorothys Deals?

Of course, we encourage our subscribers to let us know what offers they like or dislike. Send an email to customerservice@dorothysdeals.com and let us know your thoughts. We appreciate your comments.
